This is what I did not like: Small buffet and Eggs were cold and the coffee had a lot of sugar in it and the milk also had a lot of sweetness. Some places offer both sweetened and unsweetened coffee which allows the guest to decide. Some people have diabetes. Restaurant had limited good options and no bar which is surprising for a place that size. We needed the restaurant to open at 7:00 am when we had to catch the water taxi at 7:30 to leave and they barely got us our coffee and breakfast after being there right at 7:00 and we had informed them we were checking out and paid up the night before causing some stress.

We had a wonderful time, staying here over the christmas time. The food was awsome and we could easily hire a motorbike for cheap money to explore the island. Especially the owners and the other staff were super friedly and gave us tips were to go and to visit and always helped us with information and transport to and from ferry. If you're searching for a affordable and familiar homestay, just go there! Thank you for everything!

This hotel is on great location. It closed to many restaurants. Aside from that, they also have quite spacious car parking area. Our room was clean and cozy, but the veranda has many fallen leaves (no problem). Great morning view. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good. And they also give you free basic amenities.

Room was right on the waters edge so we had a beautiful view and could jump in to the lake whenever we wanted. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and even managed to track down my friends AirPods, which she’d left at Reggae about three weeks prior to my visit. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The location at the lake is amazing with a great view, nice seating areas in the garden and restaurant. The single room is ok for the price, big enough and clean. There is even a seat and table in front of every room. A restaurant is available. Opposite from the street you can book buses or rent a motorbike.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They really cared about us and it wasn't even a problem, that we fell one time with the motorbike we've rented at their place. The view on the lake with the sunrise in the morning was really nice. We were able to spontaneously stay longer because we've liked it so much.
